Restaurant Manager
Description
The restaurant manager oversees daily operations, manages staff, ensures exceptional customer service, and drives profitability in a dynamic dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement a cohesive F&B service strategy that aligns with the company vision
- Lead a team of culinary and service professionals, providing direction, training and ongoing support to ensure compliance to quality, presentation and customer service standards.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders
- Oversee menu planning, inventory/stock management, procurement procedures and ensuring cost efficiencies.
- Compliance with health and safety standards (locally and internationally).
- Implement tailored customer experience strategies that drive guest satisfaction and loyalty, leveraging feedback to continually refine service offerings.
- Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled while seeking opportunities for service improvement and business growth
- Other requirements as assigned by Management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations, including financial and operational management, health regulations, and customer service excellence.
- Adaptability and strategic thinking, with a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred or QBE
- Must have a good grasp of the Microsoft Office packages or Google Suite
