Description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead their company operations and drive our continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the F&B industry, with a strong focus on operations, innovation, customer satisfaction and business development

Responsibilities
  1. Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the different departments of the company
  2. Budget Management: Manage the different budgets, identifying opportunities for OpEx savings
  3. Customer/client management : Maintaining excellent & consistent customer service
  4. Innovation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, improve on existing opportunities and expand our market presence.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in management roles within the F&B/Hospitality industry.
  3. Experience with leading and growing a food & beverage business is an added advantage.                                                 Other Requirements
    1. Strategic & Innovative 
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
